Admission Requirements

Admission to the Alliance for Physician Leadership program is selective and open only to MDs, DOs and DPMs. Admission requirements include:

• Online application form
• Professional CV
• A current, unrestricted license to practice in the United States
• A minimum of five years of post-graduate clinical experience
• Evidence of meaningful leadership experience
• Medical School Transcripts
• Interview with APL Program (we will contact you to request this)
