Robert Kaiser, PhD

Dr. Bob Kaiser is a clinical professor of Healthcare Leadership and Management in the Naveen Jindal School of Management of The University of Texas at Dallas. He also leads the executive graduate program in Healthcare Leadership and Management for Professionals. 

Dr. Kaiser has served in a variety of executive and advisory roles, including senior vice president of health benefit solutions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Previously, he served as vice president of sales at Wageworks a leading on-demand provider of consumer-directed benefits and was the founder and CEO of BusinessWorks Inc., an enterprise eLearning company based in Dallas. 

In addition, he has had an active involvement in the business community, serving as the past president of CEO Netweavers, past chairman for the Richardson, Texas, Chamber of Commerce, and former board and executive committee member of Tech Titans. 

Dr. Kaiser received a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Purdue University, a Master of Arts in dispute resolution and conflict management from Southern Methodist University, and a PhD in learning technology from the University of North Texas. He is also a registered professional engineer for the State of Texas and has a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
