Schedule of Classes

The Alliance for Physician Leadership program is designed to be flexible and accommodating to the busy schedules of physicians and can be completed in as little as 21 months, with classes held on weekends to minimize disruption to physicians’ clinical practice. The in-residence classroom environment is both engaging and informative. The MBA degree also includes an online component, allowing students to complete coursework from anywhere in the world. Graduates of the UT Dallas Alliance for Physician Leadership MBA program are well-equipped to take on leadership roles within healthcare organizations, from hospital / health system leadership to private practice. The program has a strong record of success, with over 530 alumni serving in leadership positions across the healthcare industry.

Residential Core Curriculum

The Residential Core consists of nine classes that meet in focused, four-day sessions — Saturday through Tuesday — in Dallas, except for Healthcare Policy and Regulation, which meets in Washington, D.C.
